Are you ready for a day to retreat, reflect and connect? Join us September 29th as we experience the use of writing and meditation as a tool leading to deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world. During our time together, we will discuss how writing leads to healing and growth, play with words, practice meditative writing, share our stories, and have fun. There will be quiet time inside and outside for personal reflecting. Through stillness, meditating and writing, we open our awareness to choices that will raise our vibration and level of consciousness. This supports living a life we love.

We will gather at the beautiful retreat setting of Synairea in Hastings minutes from the twin cities. You will have time to walk in the amazing gardens and the labyrinth if you wish. Our hostess Renee will provide a delicious lunch and snacks.

Yvonne Pearson is an award-winning poet, children's author, and freelance writer. Her poetry appears in a variety of journals and her most recent children's book is Sadie Braves the Wilderness. Now a retired clinical social worker, she helped families and children deepen their self-understanding and explore options for their lives.
